Edward Hegge Obituary

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Edward Arthur Hegge who passed away on February 2, 2003, at the age of 55 years. Loving husband of Leslee. He will be sadly missed by daughters, Kim and Jody; grandchildren Matthew, Brent, Rebecca, Kirsten and Samuel. Survived by mother, Vinay; brothers, Ted (Rosemary) of Napean, Bob (Candace) of Kincardine, sisters Joyce of Pembroke, Carole of Thunder Bay, Margaret (Reg) of Thunder Bay. Robin (Stash) of Geraldton, Cindy (Dan) of Thunder Bay; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Tom Hegge, 1990; brothers-in-law Alec Birch, Gil Foster and nephew David Foster. Ed was born and raised in Geraldton. During his career as an Ontario Provincial Police Officer he was stationed in South Porcupine, Thunder Bay and Schreiber before retiring as Sergeant from the Geraldton Detachment, on October 31, 1999. Ed will be deeply missed by all those whose lives were touched by him. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated."
