EDWARD KOSTECKI
With profound heartbreak, the family announces Edward's passing on September 8, 2025 at 93 years of age. Edward was born in Simcoe, Ontario and grew up in Westfort. He attended Selkirk High School.

On July 17, 1954 he married the love of his life, Nora Gannon, and together they raised 4 children. Dad retired as a Millwright from Bowater in 1989.

Dad is predeceased by his wife Nora; son Edward; parents Jozeph and Maria; siblings Jimmy (Marlene) and Stella; brothers-in-law Peter Suffak and Harold Gannon and in-laws Thomas and Catherine Gannon.

Dad is survived by children Patti (Al Nardo), Donna and Mike (Shelby); grandchildren Melissa (Christopher), Robyn, Mallory (David), Keith, Kevin (Glenna), Tyler (Chasey) and Cody (Jamie) and 8 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Alex (Sylvia) and Marie Suffak as well as many nieces and nephews.

According to dad's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held.
