1941–2017
Edwin Kenuck, a resident of Thunder Bay, Ontario passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the age of 75 years in his home surrounded by family.
Edwin was born and raised in Upsala, Ontario, son of Katherine and Stephen Kenuck; second youngest of six siblings. He was married for 51 years to wife Judy, and together they raised three children. Edwin was a proud member of Operating Engineers Local 793 as a Hoisting Engineer-Mobile Crane Operator.
Edwin will be greatly missed by his wife Judy; daughters Wanda (Dean Hagberg) and Barb (Doug) Mason; grandchildren Amber (Brad) Summach, Ashlee (Ross) Barrett, Jon Mason, Jessamyn Mason, and Arren (Mac) Cox; and great grandchildren Zachary, Austin, Bo, Heather, and Emma. Also loved and missed by his sisters Jenny (Ken) McIsaac, Helen (Horst) Schneidermeier, and Pauline (Dave) Cuthbert; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, his son Michael, and brothers Henry and Joseph Kenuck.
A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street.
