Elsie Dubray

Elsie Kathleen Dubray (nee: Boulton) age 94 years, passed away peacefully at Pioneer Ridge on Monday, August 15, 2011. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Diane (Merrill) Swenson of Thunder Bay, son Douglas (Jeannie) of Cranberry Portage, Manitoba, and her sister in law Eunice Boulton. Elsie was predeceased by her parents, her husband John, son-in-law Don and brothers Fred and Bert. She was an English War Bride and married John Harold Dubray on September 8, 1942 in Slough, England and immigrated to Canada in September 1945. Elsie worked as a homemaker and then at the Lakehead Board of Education as a custodian for twenty seven years. After cremation a service will be held at a later date (date and time will be published). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated by the family. "
