EMILY (SITCH) NEWMAN
Mrs. Emily (Sitch) Newman, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Emily's life was defined by love, devotion, and care for those closest to her. She built a home filled with warmth and laughter, always putting family first. As a wife, she was a true partner; as a mother and grandmother, she offered endless guidance, kindness, and encouragement. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Emily is survived by her husband Roy; children Fred, Jeanne, and Sheri (Steve) Sokoloski; and by her cherished grandchildren Kylie, Risa, Candace, Steven, Skyler, Marcus, and Aaron.
She will be remembered always with love and gratitude by her great-grandchildren and extended family.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3200 Oliver Road on Saturday, October 4, 2025 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
