Garrick Andrechuk Obituary
Mr. Garrick Jay Andrechuk, age 35 years, passed away in St. Joseph's Care Group on Saturday, April 18, 2015 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Thunder Bay and was a lifelong resident. Garrick loved his animals, the outdoors, fishing, hunting, skidooing and riding his quad. He enjoyed business and being able to work with the general public. He will be dearly missed by his girlfriend Tanya Rae Maki, mother Diane Andrechuk, sister Deva Andrechuk and nephews Cameron and Jack Perrier. He was predeceased by his father Gary Andrechuk, grandparents Hal and Dorothy Billings and Joseph Andrechuk. Cremation has taken place and the interment will be held at a later date. Memorials to the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society would be appreciated. Arrangements are in care of the Sargent & Son Funeral Directors. On-line condolences may be made at www.sargentandson.com.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 at Current River Recreation Center from 1-3 pm. Donations of flowers are greatly appreciated.

It's been a hard few days and I wish you were here. All the memories have come flowing in and I'm glad you were apart of my life. The house is so empty without you listening to your music or watching movies on Netflix. "Garrick was always the TV hog ha-ha" You will always be a great inspiration to me... forever in my heart.

My condolences to your family. Shared a lot of interesting times with Garrick at McKenzie. He made our team better whenever we had him on our football team playing the grade above us, cause they were big and fast and Garrick was tough and athletic. He would never back down. Since I met him in JK until the last time I saw him a few years back, he was always full of energy and had a real zest for life. Very saddened to hear this news.
