Gregory Dziedzic Obituary

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our son and brother, Gregory Stephen Dziedzic, on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022. Greg passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Greg was born in Vancouver, B.C. on December 16th, 1988 to Anna and Kris Dziedzic. He adored his older brother Michael (Fiancée Megan Ellis) and was predeceased by his loving Babcia, Wladyslawa (Wilma) Rysinski. Despite all of the hardships in his 33 years of life, Greg was a
happy-go-lucky goofball who always had a smile– especially for those he loved the most. Greg was a student of St. Elizabeth and St. Vincent Schools and in his later years he frequently attended March of Dimes, where enjoyed spending time with people and participating in outings to the marina and Fort William Historical Park. At home, Greg found delight in spending time watching his favourite birds and chipmunks fill up at the feeders. Greg was stronger than any child or adult should have to be and even with his many challenges, he was still smiling through his last days on earth. Heaven has gained an extraordinary angel who will forever be
missed by his adoring family. We would like to extend thanks and gratitude to all of the health care professionals who were involved in Greg's care through out the years, but also especially during the last year of his life. Greg will be laid to rest beside his beloved Babcia at a later date.
