HEDI LARSEN Obituary


It is with the heaviest hearts, the family announces the peaceful passing of Hedi Larsen, formerly of Red River Towers, most recently residing at Hogarth Long Term Care. Hedi lived a long, full life in her 100+ years, remaining active with family and friends until the last few years. She is survived by 3 of her 5 children, Klaus (Karen), Karin (Roger) Dobson, and Wally (Sherri). Hedi will be forever missed by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and life long friends. Hedi is predeceased by husband Gus, youngest son Ralph, and youngest daughter Diane. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service, but the family asks that everyone be kind to one another and take time to enjoy the sunshine. Mom loved people, and sunshine. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.

Yesterday

I worked with Hedi at Kmart she was always there for the girl parties and going out for suppers. We always had a good time and lots of laughs. Love you Hedi, rest in peace.
