It is with great sadness that the family of James (Jim) Zeleniak announce his passing on November 30, 2025.
Jim was predeceased by his son Brandon Zeleniak, his father Michael Zeleniak, his niece Alyssa Johnson and grandparents Anne and Peter Zeleniak and Stanley Johnson
Jim was born in Port Arthing in 1965. As a child, Jim spent several years residing in Niagara Falls. There he discovered his love for dirt-bike riding along with his brother. He would go on to race for years. In his early adulthood, Jim worked in the bush with his dad and brother. He would spend many years on and off working alongside family members. He later went on to his career in drywalling and taping. Jim spent 17 years in Alberta working hard on his career. Jim had a passion for taping and took pride in his work.
Jim had a magnetic personality that touched the lives of others and was often seen with a smile on his face. He truly was a unique human being that will be missed by his surviving relatives: mother Carrolyn (Irvin), Grandmother Victoria, sisters Rhonda and Krissy, daughter Sydney, grandson Cooper as well as many extended family, friends and his special friend of many years Gail.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 11:00 am in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street.
