JANE GOLPHY Obituary
February 28, 1946 ~ October 13, 2025
Jane Golphy passed away peacefully on Monday, October 13, 2025, at the age of 79 with her loving husband Steve Golphy at her side. She was his cherished wife for 61 years.
Her gentle smile and heartwarming laugh will be remembered by her loving family. Jane loved her game shows and soap operas. She was knowledgeable and as smart as a tack till the very end.
Jane is predeceased by her mother Alte, her father William, and brother Gary.
She is remembered by her husband Stephen; children Stephen Jr. (Elizabeth), Lori, and Robert (Cindy), as well as her brother Bill (Carol-Anne), and sister Lyne (John). She was so fond of all her grandchildren, Kimberly, Corey, Alex, Trisha, Stephen, Jane, and Jasper. Jane is also survived by great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Daniel, Jaxx, and many adored nieces and nephews and other extended family.
A celebration of Jane's life will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 12:00 until 2:00 pm in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MS Canada (mscanada.ca) and would be greatly appreciated.
