JANICE CAMERON
Mrs. Janice Cameron, age 68 years, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away on October 31, 2025. Janice was born and spent her entire life in Thunder Bay. Janice worked as a registered nurse at McKellar General Hospital. Janice is survived by her son Gordon, granddaughter Morgan and grandsons Murray and Monty. Janice is also survived by her siblings John, Bob and Loreen and their families. Janice is predeceased by Ian, her husband of 36 years, and her father and mother, Gordon and Janet. Janice loved the outdoors, fires, dogs, playing cards, music and family and friends. Janice and her husband Ian also hosted a backyard hockey rink for her son and his friends that was a fixture of the Louis St. neighbourhood where Janice lived. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, November 8th at the Everest Funeral Chapel in Port Arthur at 299 Waverley St. A Celebration of Life will be held afterwards at The Foundry at 3:00p.m. at 242 Red River Rd.
