JEAN JEFFREY Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Jeffrey announce her passing on Monday 27 October 2025 at 81 years of age.
Jean Jeffrey (née Walberg) was born in Fort William on August 4, 1944. Jean pursued an accounting career in Toronto and lived in Edmonton and Vernon, BC before returning to Thunder Bay later in life.
Jean was an avid traveler and photographer; she had a profound appreciation for the natural world and followed the Buddhist path.
Jean is predeceased by her husband, Barry, her brother, Lorne, and her brother-in-law Peter. She is lovingly remembered by her son, Steven (Melanie), her sisters Lois (Mike), Gail (Volker), and Lynda, sister-in-law Norma and her extended family and friends.
Per Jean's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
