It is with great sadness that the family of Jennifer Lea Sutton announces her unexpected passing on May 6, 2012 at the age of 36. Born March 28, 1976 in Thunder Bay, ON, she lived in Fort Frances, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay and Niagara Falls, prior to moving to Toronto for the last 10 years. Jen graduated from Hammarskjold High School in 1995, and obtained a diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician in 2009 from George Brown College. She worked as a house painter, site supervisor in construction, demolition contractor, and quality control technician with Arcon. Naturally athletic, Jen was an awesome badminton player and more recently played in Toronto women's softball league, dragonboating team and snowboarding. Her magnetic personality attracted the children in her family as she was always laughing and playing with them. Full of charisma, she was a fearless and loyal friend, always willing to lend a hand to friends, accepting their renovation challenges with endless enthusiasm. Jen will be remembered for her outgoing personality and bright mischievous smile as a child. She loved the outdoors, camping and canoeing with her mother Carolyn Copps, who predeceased her on November 22, 2011. Interment /memorial will take place in Thunder Bay on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at 2:00 pm at Mountain View Cemetery.
