Sandy and Kathy: Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was the best of neighbours when he and your mom spent summers at Dave Bradford's camp at One Island Lake. I'm particularly thankful for the time he brought PAFD #1 out to the lake and took my kids and I for a ride. May God bless you with many rich memories!

My condolences to John's family and friends.
John was an excellent mechanic and a hard, dedicated worker, who often performed miracles to keep the pumpers and equipment in the Thunder Bay Fire Service working.
He was a good guy and didn't hold off letting you know when you broke some equipment and instructing you on how to prevent from doing it again.
In this respect, John was a great teacher/instructor and all the firefighters wisely listened to what John had to say. May God take good care of you John.

John was only with us at Pinewood for a short time, yet he made a long lasting impression on all of us, he became a friend to all of us with his sense of humor, and his great smile, we are all very lucky to have known him. We all will miss him. My condolences to the family.
