I am shocked, to view Legacy online and see my dear, dear friend, John Shewchuck has passed away. He was a stalwart of the Jackpine community, well respected and loved and will be missed by the many that knew him.
John was good and kind and just had that personality that drew people to him, who wanted to get to know him.
We had some great times growing up together and had a lot of fun with the rest of the Jackpine boys and girls. Most certainly a lot of laughs.
I will miss you, my special friend; please save me a place in heaven where I will see you again.
