Josephine "Jo" Powell

At Chelsey Park Nursing Home on Tuesday, November 19th, 2002, Mrs. Josephine 'Jo' (Cracknell) Powell of London in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Powell (1980). Mother of Jo-Ann Powell and her partner Elaine Reddick of London. Sister of Eva Pinner and Ellen Pinner both of Thunder Bay, Bette Glover of Burns Lake, BC. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Walter, Stanley and Gordon. Visitation will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, (2 blocks north of Oxford St. ), London, on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, November 25, 2002 at 11:00 a. Interment, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial donations to the London Humane Society, 624 Clarke Road, London, ON N5V 3K5 would be greatly appreciated."
