It is with great sadness and sorrow the family announces the unexpected passing of Joshua Bradley Raynak on October 14, 2023. He passed away peacefully with family and friends by his side at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Joshua was born on October 10,1996 in Thunder Bay, graduating from Superior CVI. He worked at Bombardier, enjoying electrical work on the LRV line and was a member of the UNIFOR union.

Josh loved to fish, camp, play guitar, garden, and spend time with his family, fiancé and friends.

Josh will be sadly missed and always lovingly remembered by his parents Nicholas and Janice Raynak, brother Jordan, grandfather Fred Wigmore and fiance Alex Eaton.

He will be missed by his aunties Dawn Sylvester (Sean), Sharmaine Sjoblom, Kelly Lempiala (Steven), and uncle Kevin Sjoblom. His cousins will miss him, Annastasia, Aaron (Elva), Daniel, Jacob, Tanya and Matthew.

Joshua was predeceased by his grandparents Laura Wigmore, Albert and Sonia Raynak.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of 3A for the care given. Special thanks to Dr. Green for the special care she gave. We would like to thank Harbourview Funeral Centre for helping us in this time of need.

A celebration of Joshua's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre with viewing for family and friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Cremation and interment will follow at a later date. The service will be livestreamed and archived at www.harbourviewfuneral.ca where condolences may be offered as well.
