KATHY PROKOPCHUK Obituary
PROKOPCHUK, KATHY Oct. 18/57- June 16/25
Kathy passed unexpectedly but peacefully, June 16, 2025 in Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, after a brief illness.
She was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Mary and most recently brother Dan, also by grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Kathy is survived by sister Linda (Mario-deceased), brothers Stan, Gary (Lynn), Alan (Holly), also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place, as per Kathy's wishes there will be no service.
Thanks to Drs., nurses in the E.R. and 3A, also paramedics and the fire department.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Charity of Your Choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
