Kim Halow

Ms. Kim Catherine Halow age 55 years, a resident of Thunder Bay, passed away in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Kim grew up in Thunder Bay attending St. Mark's, St. Thomas, St. Patrick's and graduating from Selkirk High. Kim worked at Skaf Food Store and was the Office Manager of B.J. Halow and Son Constructors Limited which she truly enjoyed. Kim's passions were cooking, attending to her cats and her grandson and immediate family's needs. Kim will be greatly missed by her daughter Shannon, grandson Ethan, husband Raymond Prince, father Bruce Halow, brother Bruce Halow Jr., and special friend Nicole Pinese. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Kim was predeceased by her mother Arlene in 1992 and brother Kip in 1985. Funeral services will be held at the Blake Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Msgr. P.M. Stilla V.G. officiating. Interment will follow in Stanley Hill Cemetery. If friends desire, memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Thunder Bay or the Humane Society of Thunder Bay would be appreciated.Kim Halow will be remembered in the Blake Funeral Chapel Memorial Grove.
