Kimberly Kowtiash Obituary
Kimberly Larissa Dawn Kowtiash, 33 years, of Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek, Ontario (Rocky Bay First Nation) passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Saturday, September 15, 2018. Predeceased by her parents – Audrey Kowtiash and Andre Nobis; she is survived by her daughter Khloe, her step-father Craig Morriseau, her siblings – Tara, Melissa and Randy, Craig Jr., Mitchell and Kayla. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Resting at her home, 100 MacDonald Avenue, B.Z.A. where friends may call from 3 P.M. on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. The funeral mass for Kimberly Kowtiash will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the B.Z.A. Community Centre with Father H. Augustynowicz officiating. Interment will be in the Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Elliott Funeral Home Ltd., Nipigon.

I looked forward to my summers in Macdiarmid with you when I was a kid, you were my chum and I loved you very much, to this day, I have one memory of us as teenagers that still makes me laugh and I tell it all the time, rest in peace chum, you had a heart of gold and a laugh that was the best, will never forget you.
