Krista leaves her loving husband, Glenn Wray and her parents Pat and Jim Jackson of Thunder Bay. Also left to mourn, mother-in-law Beverley Wray, Brother Ben (Janet) of Thunder Bay, step-daughters Diana (Rick), Tarrah, Alexa, brother-in-law Dan (Barb) and sister-in-law Tammy (Wayne). Adored niece of Karen, Larry (Liz), Terry of London, Steve Wray, Nelma Wray of British Columbia. Aunt of Fischer, Russell and Lindy (Thunder Bay), Jamie (his son James), Hannah and Nolan. British Columbia cousins Michelle, Megan, Mathew, and Michael. Grandma to Selby, Lennon and Finn. Predeceased by grandparents Kathleen and George Wray (British Columbia) and Margery and Harold Jackson (London), father-in-law Alvin Wray (London), aunt Anita Wray (British Columbia).
Krista was born in London then raised in Thunder Bay. She moved back to London to attend the University of Western Ontario where she earned a Bachelor of Arts - Honors History. A later degree in Adult Education was completed at Brock University. Krista worked at CIBC for a short period of time then joined the team at Canada Life for over 20 years and is a very dear colleague and special friend to many. She sang with the Canadian Celtic Choir for a few seasons. Her love of music led her to the London Irish Folk Club where she learned Traditional Irish dance, played tin whistle and fiddle, as well as singing and gaining many life-long friends, enjoying Celi, summer music festivals and vacations. Krista's loves in her spare time included knitting and attending theatre. She had a voracious appetite for reading and we never saw her without a book in her hand and a cup of tea at her side!

My deepest sympathies to Krista's husband, Glenn, and to Krista's parents, Pat and Jim Jackson. It is heart-breaking to loose a wife and a child, especially at such a young age. I remember Laura and Krista at their grade 8 graduation, smiling and so proud of their accomplishment. It seems like only yesterday. Life is so precious, and our memories can help us see the joy our children brought to each other, and to us. Wishing you and your families my heartfelt sympathy. Aila

Thoughts and prayers of support for you at this time, Pat and Jim. Feel warm thoughts as you remember those whose lives were touched in any way by Krista and her bubbly personality. The angels have one more musician in the orchestra.

Pat and Jim, we were shocked and saddened to learn of Krista´s passing. We will always remember Krista as the sweet grade 3 student Stuart taught many years ago. Hugs to the both of you for this terrible loss.
