Louis Oswald Brizard (Dueyboy) passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 7, 2018. I am very sorry to hear of Louis' passing, and I express my condolences to Helen. I had the good luck to meet Louis at the time when he and Helen operated to Thunder Bay Street Patrol, pretty well at their own expense. He was a fine, selfless and respected human being.

II offer my deepest condolences to all his family. This, although I have never met him. He was the son of Dollard Brizard. Dollard was more than my first cousin. He was like my brother, because he was raised with me after his mother left my uncle Oswald. He was my big brother from age ten to sixteen. Too bad Dollard died so young.
