Mabel Pentney Obituary

On September 29, heaven gained a beautiful angel in Mabel Ellen Pentney (nee Guyan). Mabel was born in Thunder Bay on August 23, 1938 and spent each day living and loving life to its fullest. Putting her family first and encouraging others to also live their best life. Mom is predeceased by her husband James and four of her Guyan sisters. Mom retired from Bell Canada in 1992, and never looked back. Becoming a grandmother was something she was most proud of. Mom is survived by her daughter Kim, son Jamie and grandchildren Hanna and Niklas who already miss her dearly. Mom, your absence is unbearable, but you taught us how to be strong in the worst of times. Thank you so much for everything you have done for each of us and all the sacrifices you made. It never went unnoticed. You are now with Gran, Dad, your sisters and friends and that brings us a bit of comfort. At moms' request, she wished to be cremated with no service. Interment will take place at a later date.
