Marie Regina Valle

Marie Regina Valle (nee Vanderwey) passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2023 at Hogarth Riverview Manor at the age of 89. She was born on August 17, 1933 in Fort William. Marie was active throughout her life as a devout Catholic and had a great love for home and her family. Marie loved to play cards with her friends, spend time at the family property in O'Connor on weekends, play bingo and especially loved to cook Sunday spaghetti dinners for her family. She loved all animals but especially her cats. She was predeceased by her husband Arnold Valle, her mother and father, Julia and Harry Vanderwey, her brothers Anthony, Gus, Peter and Harry Vanderwey. She is survived by her children Maureen Koropeski (John), Mark Valle (Maureen) and Margaret Ann Allan (David), as well as her cherished grandchildren Christopher Koropeski (Carolyn), Susan Koury (Richard), Joshua Valle, Ryan Swaluk (Montana) and Evan Swaluk (Kailee) and great grandchildren Anna, Oliver and Roya. Marie is also survived by her sister Verna Baccari as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agnes Church on Wednesday May 3, 2023 at 12:10 pm. Private family interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to Northern Reach Network would be greatly appreciated.
