He enjoyed getting out into the community and meeting new people accompanied by his special friends Margaret and Nicole. His many activities included participating in Special Olympic events, going to Camp Quality, working out at the complex, and attending local hockey games. Michael was an avid hockey fan and he never lost faith in his favorite team, the Leafs. He could be heard saying "Go Leafs Go". He enjoyed spending quality time with his family giving special attention to his baby niece, nephew, and "Baby Cody".Michael will be lovingly remembered by his parents Mike & Donna, his siblings Amanda (Brendon) Korhonen, Katie (Adam), Kyle, Christopher, Cody, Nephew Colin and Niece Michaela.
