(MARTIN) It is with great sorrow that the family announces Nancy's death on April 6, 2018 at the age of 62.
Nancy was a kind, generous and loving woman who will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Nancy was a dedicated teacher with many talents and she had a zest for life, enjoying travelling, sports, the arts and especially time at the family cottage at Island Lake.
Loved and missed forever by her beloved husband Don, sister Jan Murchison, sister-in-law Jo-Ann Collins (John), brother-in-law Kerry (Cheryl) Quennell and their families. Much loved by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Ralph and Louise Martin, sister Barbara, brothers-in-law Gary Murchison and Bob Quennell.
The family extends deep gratitude to Dr. G. Marchuk, Dr. T Marion, Dr. I. Dobson, Dr. W. Anderson, Dr. K. Bezanson and the staff of ER, Neuro and ICU for exceptional care. Thanks also to Dr. L. Mozzon, Dr. G Mapeso and Dr. R. C. Allison for care throughout the years.
Special thanks to family and friends who graciously supported Nancy and the family throughout her illness.

Dear Don and Family...we were so very saddened to hear of Nancy's untimely passing. I have known Nancy for many years...dating all the way back to high school and church. Nancy was always so warm and friendly...she was kind and generous and a most remarkable lady. I am deeply saddened to hear about Nancy's passing. She helped me as a colleague in Kindergarten and through my own battle with cancer. Her enthusiasm for life was infectious and I will remember her smile and words of wisdom. My condolences to you and your family.
