What we would give if we could say We'll go and see him today. To hear his voice, to see his smile To sit and talk with him awhile. To us he was someone special Someone good and true You will never be forgotten Berns For we thought the world of you. For those who have someone Cherish them with care. For you never know the heartache Until you see his empty chair. Our hearts still ache with sadness And secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you Berns No one will ever know.

I well remember Paul coming on the Fire Department. He was a good fire fighter, did his job well, a friend and sadly left his family & friends much to early.
