I knew Phil socially and also through work. The things I learned from Phil as a friend and through work changed my life at a time when I personally had gone bankrupt. A lease on a new life and new work style. The work I enjoyed so much. His knowledge, experience with life at work, in the service always impressed me. As a friend, we had a many good times and laughs. I haven't been able to see him over the last few years as I live in Toronto but we have talked over the phone. He is often in my thoughts and I will always be glad I knew him. My thoughts are with the family ... June, Rae and Robert (and their families). I will always remember him fondly and miss him.

My condolences to the Lebrun Family on the passing of Philip. I have know Phil Lebrun since my teenage years and have always seen him as a generous man with an insistence of a job well done. He took pride in his work as it was important to him. Phil was a great storyteller and loved telling yarns of projects and adventures along the way. We will miss you Sir.

Dear Robert...I will always remember Greg saying, that Phil was his "Construction Dad", helping and guiding him through all the years, and also a "few toasts" were raised together when "bids" were won!!
Big hugs to your Mom, Junie, a very special lady...
And to Susan, Phil, held a special place in his heart for you!
Prayers and condolences to all the family and may all the stories and memories of your Father and Grandfather keep him close to your heart...
