PRESTON WALKER Obituary

PRESTON GEORGE WALKER August 17, 1944 - December 6, 2025
Preston George Walker passed away suddenly on December 6, 2025 at the age of 81 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He was born August 17, 1944 in Port Arthur, Ontario. Preston was an avid Lake Superior boater, a fisherman, a hunter and a dedicated veteran of the Canadian Military. Preston is survived by his wife, Jackie MacLeay, his son, Trevor Walker, and stepsons, Jed (Jenny) and Jake (Lori) MacLeay. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jamis (Chad), Patrick, Kaylee, Luke, Jack and his great grandchildren; Leo, Finn and Violet. Preston will also be missed by his siblings; Dennis (Kelly) and Virginia (Dave) as well as sister in laws; Bernice Walker and Janet Buckno and all his friends and extended family that knew and loved him. He is predeceased by his parents, Clarence Walker and Doreen (Earl) Coreau and his brothers, Larry Coreau and Brian Walker. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Preston's life will take place at a later date. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Preston's name.
