RANDY SUGANAQUEB
Mr. Randy Suganaqueb, age 52, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
Randy was born May 16, 1973. He was a proud member of Webequie First Nation. He worked for Nishnawbe Aski Police Service for more than 20 years. He loved being out on the land, hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his family. His wife Rana, his daughters Matilda, Amanda, Robyn (Giiwedin) & Danis. Plus, Ajay and Mataya. His grandchildren Alijah, Noveyah, Gabriella and Elliana. His mom Emma, his siblings Michael (Late Linda Suganaqueb), Marilyn (Morris Shewaybick), Glenda (Marcus Wabasse), Calvin (Marcie Suganaqueb) and Kalena. His mother-in-law, Elizabeth Neshinapaise. All his nieces and nephews. And all his relatives near and far.
He was predeceased by his father, the late Mathias Suganaqueb and his Father-in-law, the late Albert Neshinapaise.
The family of Randy would like to thank the renal nurses, homecare, Nishnawbe Aski Police Service, Webequie Chief and Council, and his friends for their support.
Funeral Services for Randy will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in the R. Leino Memorial Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre presided by Archdeacon Deborah Kraft, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will begin one hour prior to the service.
