My deepest condolences to the entire Culpeper family. I was a law clerk to Richard a couple of times and I also assisted him from time to time after I worked for him. He will be truly missed. RIP Richard.

Mr. Telemark, would ski till he could barely walk back to his jeep! Shared many a chair with him at loch over the years. One of the most dedicated and strong skiers to ever grace the steeps telemarking forever on the giant! We’ve missed your heavy wool pants, infectious smile and company the last few years. May you keep cranking them in heaven until we meet up again! Hogie

Dear Richard, one of the kindest, most respectful lawyers I had the pleasure of working with over the years. Condolences to all his family.
