CRNKOVIC, ROBERT GUY
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Robert Guy Crnkovic, who passed away in Thunder Bay on March 1, 2026, at the age of 39.
Born March 29, 1986, Robert was a hardworking person who held several positions throughout his life, including working toward his red seal in the roofing trade and as a paint specialist at Bombardier, taxi driver and many other labour and service positions. One of his most meaningful roles was assisting youth at risk in the mental health field.
Rob was deeply creative and enjoyed writing and performing music and poetry. He continually sought spiritual growth and personal development always striving to better understand the world and help those around him. Rob had a passion for the outdoors, sports, reading, and learning new languages. We admired Rob's courage, strength and ability to connect with people.
He will be deeply missed by his mother Linda (née Trevisanutto) Pauluik and Gord Pauluik; brother Matthew Crnkovic; sisters Amy Urquhart and Michelle LeBlanc; and step-sisters Venessa and Melissa Pauluik. He was predeceased by his father, Mike Crnkovic.
