So so very sorry to hear of your familys' loss. Living next door to Bob and El' for so many years was a treat. Bob was one of the special people that I was honored to have in my life. Bob will be missed by so many of the people whos life he has touched in a positive way, this includes me. On my visits back to Thunder Bay I always stopped by and was greeted with that wide grin and a welcoming "come on in". Peace to your family and other friends.

Don, Bruce & family,
We (Eileen, Liz & Joanne) are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. My mum (Eileen) very much enjoyed spending time up in Thunder Bay with both your mum and dad. Though I never met your dad, we always chatted on the phone and had many pleasant talks.
If my memory is correct Bob and my Granda Latimer in Northern Ireland (and therefore my dad) were cousins - probably 2nd or 3rd cousins.
All the best

To the latimer family. Please accept our deepest condolences for the loss of Robert. Bob always had a warm place in my heart & I might add my wallet. when I was a member of the elks, we would have the tendency to make a wager or two. Unfortunately I often came out on the losing end. I always admired Bob, we was a fine person & well respected. I considered him a father figure to me & I will miss him dearly. Again I'm truly sorry for your loss.

So sorry to read of Mr. Latimer's passing. We enjoys his many trips into our office (courier for Don) and was always so very happy, smiling all the time and yet knowing his legs were killing him. What a cheerful sweet man. What fond memories you all can and will recall.
