ROBERT MILANI Obituary

The family of Robert Milani are heartbroken to announce his unexpected passing on November 7, 2023 at the age of 76 after a brief illness.

Robert and his loving wife Anne were married for 55 years. Together they had two sons, David and Brian, who he was very proud of. Brian and his wife Rhea have two children Hilary and Bryce. Grampa brought a wealth of joy to his grandchildren. We will miss you, Grampa.

Bob was a lifelong hockey player and an avid golfer. He worked at the LPH, MacMillan Bloedel, Weyerhaeuser, and Tim Hortons.

Bob was predeceased by his parents Joe and May; in-laws Niilo and Viola Koski; brother Tom; brothers-in-law John Grieve and Oiva Koski; sister-in-law Lynda Milani; and nephew Kevin Koski. He is survived by his wife Anne; sons David and Brian (Rhea); grandchildren Hilary and Bryce; sisters Diane and Cathy (Joe), brothers Terry (Penny), Don (Cathy), and John; sister-in-law Debbie; along with many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family would like to thank all the medical staff for the care he was provided over the years. Donations in his memory may be made to the TBRHSC Regional Cancer Care. On Wednesday, November 15, family will greet friends from 2-3pm, with a memorial service beginning at 3pm, both at Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel. Thinking of Anne and the family at this difficult time. Bob played broomball with my husband for a number of years. We all had such great times. Unable to attend the service because of a medical appointment. Take care.
