Robert Muchowski Obituary
Mr. Robert 'Chuck' Muchowski age 65 years passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday January 25th. 2006 in St. Joseph's Hospice. He was born on March 22nd, 1940 in Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan and attended school in Loydminster. He worked at various jobs in Edmonton and then moved to Thunder Bay in the early 1960's. He later met and married his loving wife of 41 years Carol. He was a member of St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed meeting his friends at the Canada Games Complex and the Casino. He also enjoyed dinner and dancing with his friends. He leaves behind his wife Carol and his sons John (Tammy) in Los Angeles and Robert in Thunder Bay as well as one grandson John Jr. Also surviving are his brothers Edwin (Lyn) of Calgary and Larry of Loydminster, sister-in-law Mary (Paul) Plata of Thunder Bay and brothers-in-law Hugh (Donna) Blaine, Bob Blaine, and Dale (Erica) Blaine all of Toronto, as well as his father-in-law Keith Whitelock. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. He was predeceased by his parents Nellie and William Muchowski and his mother-in-law Madeline Whitelock. Funeral Services for the late Mr. Robert Muchowski will be held on Monday January 30th, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the HARBOURVIEW FUNERAL CENTRE, 499 North Cumberland Street officiated by Fr. Dan Lapolla of St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may gather one hour prior to service time."
