I knew Joanne as my teacher at CECI in St Thomas and then as a panel member for my Supervisory Officers oral exam (I passed) and later as an EO from Central Ontario Regional Office when I was there to do a presentation. She was a both friendly and classy lady in all those encounters. Good memories.

Sorry for your loss, Joanne corresponded with my Mom and Dad (Lorne and Marjorie Mitton) and my uncle Lloyd Mitton for many years and kept them updated on her activities and those of your family. They always greatly enjoyed her letters! She will be missed.
