SANDIE ZUBACK Obituary
The family of Sandra Jean Margaret Zuback are sad to announce her passing after a brief illness. Sandie was known for her love of family, friends, and dogs. She enjoyed dining out with friends and trips to the casino or an evening at the symphony. Thursday nights she could be found bowling with friends at Galaxy Lanes. Sandie collected cardinals; they held a special place in her heart.
Sandie's vibrant spirit and generous heart touched everyone she met. She will be remembered for the happiness and joy she brought into the lives of others.
She is lovingly remembered by her three sons, Nick (Sandra), Jeff, and Aaron; her brother, Tom (Katherine); her sister, Carol (Allan); and her cherished grandchildren: Carter, Brayden, Dahlia, Sydney, Zachary, and Mason. Sandie's faithful companions, her dogs Mishka and Lenka, will miss her dearly. Many nieces, nephews and the Zuback family also survive her. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard; her parents, Tom and Winnie; her in-laws, John and Verona; and her lifelong friend, Cathy.
A Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, at St. Agnes Church, with Father James presiding. Private interment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Autism Thunder Bay are appreciated.

I went to high school with Sandie and off and on over the years we would see each other and always try and catch up. I am so sorry to read of her passing. Sending sincerest sympathies to her family

The Ennis family will forever miss Sandie. She stepped in and helped us when we lost Allyceea. I will miss venting at Mongos and watching a movie at your house. Beaches will always be our movie; we cried and laughed. R.I.P., my friend, until we see each other again. We love you, Sandie.
