Scott Hunter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we must say good bye to our Son, Dad, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Robert Scott Hunter, age 57 of Quesnel, BC left this world and is now in a much better place, free from challenges and finally at peace. Scott leaves behind his Mom and Dad, Marilyn & Neil Hunter (Nolalu, ON). His daughter Megan Miller (Ben) and his new Granddaughter Leila Jeanne; his son Sheldon (Chelsea), (Armstrong, B.C.) and their mother Jeanne Hendry (Salmon Arm, BC.). A sister Lloy Schindeler (Trevor) of North Bay, ON., and nephew Ryan (Montreal) and niece Tamara (Ottawa). A brother Ross Hunter (Jan), nephews Kris Selagi (Shabaqua, ON) and Josh Selagi (Vancouver, BC.). Aunt Nancy and Uncle John and cousins in Calgary, Alberta. Also mourning his loss, Mother-in-law, Betty Ellchook, brothers-in-law, Mike Ellchook and Dennis (Kristie) Ellchook and their children Jesse, Dane and Kylynn. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Humane Society.

So shocked and heart broken to hear about Scott's passing. Working with him at VGH's Emergency dept. in Victoria, he was like the light of a firefly, buzzing around with so much positive energy. He could always make us laugh and turn a trying day into something more manageable. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

So saddened to hear of Scott's passing. He was such a great friend to my brother, when he needed a friend the most. In highschool he was so well known and popular...I admired him so. Gone much too soon, may he rest in peace. Sincerest condolences to his children and all of his family.
