YASINSKI
It is with a mixture of sadness and gratitude that the family of Olga (Nepjuk) Yasinski announce her passing in the early hours of Sunday, February 23, 2025. We are sad because we'll no longer have her present in our lives, but happy and appreciative for how she enriched the lives of her family and friends. Olga was predeceased by her husband Mickey, her brothers Michael, John and William and sister Mary. Olga is survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy Nepjuk (John, Thunder Bay), four nieces, two nephews their spouses and their children, all who live outside of Ontario. Olga is also survived by friends and former Safeway co-workers who helped Olga celebrate her 100th birthday this past February 13. Olga had been currently living at the Bethammi Nursing Home. Olga's family would like to thank the Bethammi staff for the care she received while living there. The family wants to acknowledge the care and love provided by Olga's close and special friends Lee Ann Nalezyty and Vicki Tetreault these past many years. There will be no funeral service at this time, but a small family memorial and celebration of life will be held sometime in the future.
