SHIRLEY KORPELA May 31, 1949 - August 20, 2025
It is with broken hearts that the family of Shirley Korpela announces her passing at Hospial Prince George BC. Shirley was born in Port Arthur T-Bay to Karl Pekkala and Sylvia Pekkala. She was predeceased by father Karl, mother Sylvia, her brothers Ture, Bert, Jack, and brother-in-law Harvey Korpi. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children, Lori, Kevin, Sharon and her step-sons Darel, Allan Wall and her grandchildren and their families all in Prince George, and her sister Eva Korpi and family in T-Bay. She will be dearly missed by all. Cremation and Celebration of Life has taken place in Prince George, BC.
