STANLEY KINCAID Obituary

Stanley Malcolm Kincaid was born August 24, 1949, the second child of Malcolm and Irene Kincaid. He had four siblings, Beverly, Debbie, Rodney and Scott.

Stanley grew up in Etobicoke, he attended Burnhamthorpe Highschool. As a young adult, Stanley was a long-haul truck driver, making deliveries all over Canada and the US. He was the owner of Kincaid Construction in Brantford, and for a short time ran a computer repair business.

Stanley was a loving and devoted father to his three daughters, Kimberly, Krystal and Gaylin.

In February 1995, he married Anne Louise Killam, and welcomed her son Paul into the family.

Anne and Stan moved to Thunder Bay in 2006, where, due to health problems, he gave up his construction business and helped Anne deliver the Rural Route Chronicle Journal.

Stanley had 4 grandchildren, Chloe, Beaudean Bennet, and to be announced.

Stan developed dementia and needed to move to Southbridge Pinewood Long Term Care on November 1. 2024. He died peacefully in his sleep on March 8, 2025.

Special thanks to the staff on the Hummingbird unit of Southbridge Pinewood who always made Paul and me feel welcome when we came to visit everyday. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
