Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on June 25th, 2010 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Evelyn. Loving father of Neil (Ruth) and Valarie (John) O'Connell. Cherished grandfather of Stephen and Claire and great-grandfather of Noah. Predeceased by his former spouse Jean. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Baseline and Bayshore Drive) on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 2:30 p.m. until service time in the chapel at 3:30p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. "
