SUSAN KACHUR Obituary
With great sadness, the family of Susan Kachur (née Foreman) announces that she passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, after a brave battle with ALS and Parkinson's Disease. Susan was 66 years old. She left us in the same way she always lived - with dignity and on her own terms. She went peacefully, surrounded by love, while resting in the sunshine along the shores of her beloved Lake Superior. It was her favourite place in the world, and the perfect spot to say goodbye.
Susan is dearly missed and will always be lovingly remembered by her three children, Shaina Walker, Karina Kachur (Keith McCullough) and Taelur Kachur. She thanks all of her dear friends and loved ones for their support, especially over these last few difficult years. Special mention goes out to Catherine Forbes, Cathy Eady, and Janette Sprovieri. She was so lucky to have such a strong support network, made up of people she cherished.
Details on a future event to celebrate Susan's life may follow at a later date. In lieu of gifts or flowers, we ask that you consider making a donation to the Thunder Bay Humane Society - to help animals in need.

Ive tried to contact family for a while. Im so sorry about your mom. I miss you and your dad and everyone very much. Its the little blessings we need to grab on tight to , Hold on to those memories.

We are so heartbroken to hear about Susan's passing. The first time I met Susan was at work and thankful for her warm welcome. She always had a smile on her face and willing to share a great story. Susan was so incredibly kind.
