Terry Lacey Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Terry Lacey in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 62 years of age. He was born and raised in Thunder Bay (Fort William), Ontario. Terry was a pipeline welder by trade and worked for numerous companies throughout Canada over the years. If you ever met Terry, you would never forget him or his quick wit; he could always entertain and make you laugh with a joke or a story about the past. He was predeceased by his parents, Terry and Ginger (Flinn). He is survived by his brothers Jim (Eileen) and Darin (TerriLynn) and their families, good friend Lori, son Devon, as well as family members and friends. A private service will be held at a later date.

I had the absolute pleasure of becoming friends with Terry the fall of 2020 during a job in Snow Lake, MB. I'm only learning of his passing now. I was privileged to know such a kind, warm, guy who shared many stories from playing in a rock band in his younger years, to breaking out on the pipeline as a welder. Terry was a patient teacher who really showed me to just relax as a pipefitter and recognize my strengths. I'm very sorry to hear of his departure, and feel lucky to have known him for the short time I was blessed with. My sincerest condolences to his family , and loved ones.

I´m so sorry to hear about Terry. Terry & I were very close up until he moved to Winnipeg & we spoke on the phone a few times. I don´t want to believe this. I´m in total shock. I will hold every memory close to my heart. Terry was my favorite cousin.

To the Lacey Family
I'm sorry and saddened to hear of terry's passing. I went to St Martins elementary school with terry back in the 60's and 70's. The last time I saw and spoke to him was on a construction site in Northwestern Ontario many years ago. It was nice to reminisce about our childhood growing up in westfort .
