TERYL CULLITON Obituary
Teryl passed suddenly, at home, on the evening of May 21st, 2024. Teryl was born and raised in Port Arthur, the daughter of Roy and Irene Cruikshank. After graduating from PACI, she furthered her education in Toronto, at Ryerson. In the early sixties, Teryl and three other adventuresome Lakehead girls booked passage on a passenger-freighter and explored Australia from top to bottom. Teryl returned to Canada two years later and met her future husband, Gerry Culliton. They married June 8, 1968 and were looking forward to celebrating their 56th Anniversary next month. Teryl is survived by her husband, Gerry, three sons and their families: Sean, Nanaimo BC, Ryan, (Eva) and granddaughter Zoey, Hong Kong, Kelly (Char) and grandchildren Thaison, Chase and Kassie, Thailand, along with Mackey Besignano, Thunder Bay. She is also survived by her sister Darlene and many nephews and nieces in the Toronto area. As per Teryl's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
