Timothy Allan John McLean

Mr. Timothy Allan John McLean, 31 years, of Nipigon, Ontario passed away suddenly on Monday, June 19, 2017 in Come by Chance, Newfoundland. Tim was predeceased by his mother Debbie McLean. He is survived by the love of his life Angela McLeod, and their three children Colton, Emmett and Sophie, parents – Dennis and Kim Lambert, Aunt Liz (Kevin) Stewart (Kyle and Lindsay), Floyd (Darlene) McLean (John, Jason and Jammie), all of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, mother-in-law Myrna McLeod (Gerry Brien), brother-in-law Bob (Julie) McLeod (Delaney and Davis) of Nipigon, Ontario. Tim was born in Sault Ste. Marie and had many lifelong friends who he still cherished today. After graduating high school, Tim worked various jobs until he was offered an apprenticeship as a Power Lineman, a job he was very proud of. This job brought him all across Canada and to Nipigon in 2011 where he met Angela and Colton. Shortly after, their family of 3, became a family of 5, with the birth of their children, Emmett, then Sophie. As proud as he was of his job, his family was his greatest achievement. Tim enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and playing baseball. He had a love of life and lived every day to the fullest. Always the life of the party, making new friends everywhere he went. The funeral mass for Tim McLean will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11 A.M. at the Church of the Annunciation, Nipigon with the Rev. Mr. D. Dupuis officiating. According to Tim's wishes cremation will follow. Friends so wishing may make donations to a trust fund set up for the children at the Royal Bank of Canada, Nipigon Branch. Arrangements are in the care of Elliott Funeral Home Ltd., Nipigon.
