Tom Sebastian Obituary
Tom ('Tom Tom") Sebastian age 65, left us peacefully on December 15, 2022.
Tom was born June 6, 1957 in Brandon, MB to Charlie and Evelyn Sebastian. Tom lived a full and colourful life. He worked as an engineer on the CP railroad until he retired at 54. Tom loved golfing, fishing, hunting and cruising around Surprise Lake in his boat. He was also known to drive around and keep an eye on Lappe happenings as the self-appointed mayor of the community. Tom loved spending time with his many friends.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his girlfriend Shelley, sister Terrie
Doerksen (Rick), brother Ray Sebastian (Anne), nephew Derek Doerksen (Dahlami), niece Jana Doerksen, sister-in-law Lori Byerley, brother-in-law John Halka, nephews Jesse and Chase (Kensi) Halka. He is predeceased by his parents Charlie and Evelyn Sabastian.

Harbourview Funeral Centre will be hosting Tom's Celebration of life on Friday December 23, 2022 at 12:30pm with visitation to begin one hour prior.

Tom Tom was one of my best friends since childhood. We have so many memories and experiences together over the years. Going to really miss you friend. Tom was a lucky guy to to be with you all those years Shelly. RIP TOM TOM

Tom was my favourite Engineer to work with ,we worked together many years in current River .We would talk about are weekends at camp !!! He had a great sense of humour , Laughed all the time ,many fond memories ! Please accept my condolences Shelley ,Tom spoke of you often.

I had the pleasure of being a friend of Tom´s for many many years. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing and send heartfelt condolences to Shelley and the rest of Tom´s family and his many lifelong friends who will sorely miss him as will I. Tom was always just a call away if you were ever in need, he really did have a huge heart. Lappe will never be the same. I love you TomTom, RIP

Tom was one of a kind. Made a great Santa Clause at that Xmas , horrible card player at Xmas , but a great fishing , golfing and July 1st boat cruise guy. Had some fun and lots of laughs.
