To My Dear Aunt Verna,
I never called you Aunt Verna because you were more like a sister to me. We always kept in touch by phone and could talk about everything and anything. I will miss you very much but I am thankful that your pain is over and you are in a much better place.
I am so glad I had you in my life, Love Shirley xo xo

My dear Auntie. I will think of you whenever I work in the garden especially tending the garlic, gladiolas and the dahlias. Your garden and welcoming home was always an inspiration and I will miss it and you always. Lyubov, your namesake, Karen Gregor

Auntie Verna was always the one to unite the family with one of her delicious feasts. I feel so blessed to have so many beautiful memories, including the honour of being the flower girl at her wedding to Uncle Robert. We will love you and miss you always. Xoxo

I only met Veronica once when I met my new found bio sister and her husband. It was a wonderful afternoon and she was so interested in my search on Ancestry. The one thing that is know for sure is that although on earth we are left to mourn and remember fond memories Veronica is off to greater things my condolence thought and prayers to the entire family in this time of need
