WALLACE CRINGLE
Wallace David Cringle, age 66 of Thunder Bay, Ontario passed away March 31, 2024, surrounded by family losing his battle with cancer. Born Aug. 9, 1957 to Rose (Oppel) and Wallace Cringle at Terrace Bay Hospital. The family moved to Port Arthur in 1964. David attended St. James and Lakeview High School. David met his wife Carrol (Hooymans) a few years after graduation and married May 31, 1980. Seven years later they adopted the joy of his life Jonathon David. David completed his working career with Tbaytel as a Security Tech. David is survived by the love of his life Carrol, his precious son Jon (Nicole), father Wallace (Eileen), sisters Deb (Martin) Bunch, Tricia Cringle, brother Robert, mother-in-law Connie Hooymans, father-in-law Arnold Hooymans, sisters-in-law Sandra (Gino) Deluca, Cindy (Sylvio) DiGregorio, Cheryl (Kevin) York, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and U.S.A. Predeceased by his mother Rose Cringle, mother-in-law Lynne Hooymans, several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. As per David's wishes there will be no funeral, cremation has taken place with a private interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society or any Pet rescue would be appreciated. A special thank you to the nursing staff on 1A Oncology and to Kat, Jo and Katie in the CMH Clinic. Your kindness and care were appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.

David ,Myles and I were close on high-school. I recall dropping a cup and David caught it half way. Then there was that speeding ticket on the way back from NorthBay. ah good times.
My condolences at his passing and I pray peace for his wife and children. Same journeys
