It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William Garland on Sunday, August 6th, 2023, in his 91st year. Son of the late William and Ella Garland. Survived by loving wife Marlene "Gail" Garland. Father of Rhonda Rae Messina (Carl), and William W. Garland (Anita). Grandfather of Bill, John, Scott, Christopher, and Vanessa. Great grandfather of Rachael, Charlie, Ryder, Will and Lily. Brother of Shirley (Bill), and the late Stella, and Lillian. Uncle of Candice, Jeff; Susan (Bill), Lynn, the late Jim, Greg, and the late Russ; Heather, Katherine, Laura, and Glenna. Arrangements entrusted to Rushnell Funeral Homes - Belleville, 80 Highland Ave. 613-968-5588. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11th, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Saturday, August 12th, 2023 at 10:00 am. Bill Garland officiating.
